Agreement
By using this website or registering for Knowledge to Income™: The Digital Product Lab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register.
Registration and tickets
Registration is confirmed once payment is received. Tickets are issued to the named registrant and admit one person unless stated otherwise. Ticket pricing follows the published registration windows and may change for future cohorts.
Refunds and transfers
Registrations may be transferred to another person by emailing us at least 48 hours before the event. Refund requests received more than 14 days before the event date will be honored. Within 14 days of the event, registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred or applied to a future workshop at our discretion.
Changes to the event
If we must reschedule or relocate the workshop, registrants will be notified and may attend the rescheduled date or request a refund.
No guarantee of results
This workshop provides education, frameworks, and working time. It does not guarantee any specific business, financial, sales, or income outcome. Results depend on your own knowledge, effort, market, and execution. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.
Your materials and our materials
You own the ideas, blueprints, and product work you create during the workshop. Course materials, frameworks, worksheets, and the Knowledge to Income™ name remain the property of Ascentify and may not be resold, republished, or taught as your own.
Conduct
We ask all attendees to be respectful and constructive. We may remove any attendee whose conduct disrupts the workshop, without refund.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascentify's total liability related to the website or workshop is limited to the amount you paid for your registration.
